Stylish villa is in very kind environment offers duality accomodation for 10 person in four rooms. The house was build in 1997. It offers doble room in downstairs( beds 220x220cm), two doble rooms ( beds 220x220cm ) + extra bed upstairs and one room with two separate beds in same stairs. I tis possible open next room with bed ( 180x220cm ) upstairs too or add crib. There are separate WC and bathroom in both stairs. Large livingroom conected to diningroom offers enought place and komfort for all person in the house and thein activities according equipnemt ( i tis TV, SAT, internet, billiard, dařte, chess). The house is heated by electrical heaters in all rooms. Large garden offers enought many-sided enjoy for childern and adults too. Id is swimmingpool ( 3,6m ) with heating, garden swing for three person, sandplace with toys, slide, child´s swing ( for two children ), hammock with mobile frame, camp-beds, volleyball network, hoopst bin, tree konds of balls, petangue, pingpong, fireplace with cook-out and plastic furnitures, night light, grill, posibility to lend cooling for beer. There are foothpath and cycle track in near surroudings, which bring you to the centre of Czech Paradise. Parking is possible next the house. You can lend two bikes.

The house has kapacity 8+2 beds ( and posibility add crib ), and posibility to open next doble room.
